2.1. Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged. Missed classes will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2.2. Conduct: All students are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the class.

2.3. Safety: We prioritize the safety of our students. All necessary safety measures and guidelines must be followed during classes.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation by Student: If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us at least 7 days before the class start date for a full refund.

3.2. Cancellation by Creative Art Campus: We reserve the right to cancel any class. In such cases, a full refund or credit for future classes will be offered.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Artwork Rights: Students retain the rights to their artwork. However, Creative Art Campus may use images of student artwork for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the student or guardian.

5. Liability

5.1. Waiver of Liability: By participating in our classes, students and guardians agree to release Creative Art Campus from any and all liability related to accidents or injuries that may occur during class.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Personal Information: We collect necessary personal information for registration purposes. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments
